What we collect

For tenant accounts: business name, contact email, phone numbers covered, billing details. For inbound calls: call audio, transcripts, caller-supplied details (name, vehicle, issue, etc.).

Where it's stored

Cloudflare D1 + R2 in the EU/US edge network. Recordings retained 90 days unless tenant opts in to longer retention.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare (compute + storage), our voice infrastructure provider, WorkOS (auth), Stripe (billing). The current voice provider is disclosed on request as part of our DPA.

This is a Wave 1 stub. Real policy ships in Wave 3.
